Yes, they can.

2. Can I ride with studs on tarmac?

You can, but it is not advised for prolonged rides. And not safe on smoother pavement as the studs will slide and not purchase. Tarmac will damage your studded tyres.

3. Can I ride the Snowshoe XL on my eFatbike? Yes, if your frame has clearance for the tyres, you can ride it on there.
