Thru Axle 12mm: different types

Thru-axles increase the rigidity of the wheel-frame interface and allow more accurate wheel placement also promoting better brake setup.

A removable installation lever makes the axle easy to install and can be removed to improve aerodynamics, for more obstacle clearance around the bike or a cleaner look.

Will this fit my bike?
Through axles come in many different lengths and diameters, check the specs for your frame to ensure you are buying the correct axle. An often overlooked specification is thread pitch, double-check to make sure the thread pitch is the same.

Is this a front or rear axle?
Rear-axle (In special cases there may be front axle applications that would work)
