Can I use this with my dropper post?
Unfortunately these bags also strap on the seatpost itself - which on a dropper would be the stanchion. Unless you only use 50% of your drop, and never go near the bottom, I would say this is not dropper post compatible.
Can I use this with a pannier rack?
Yes, its a good idea to check clearance, but they should fit on your bike together.
