The SPD cleats SM-SH56 by Shimano - with multiple release
The Shimano SPD cleats SM-SH56 have a multiple release function, i.e. the foot is released by turning or tilting the heel in different directions. Thanks to cold forging processes and heat treatment, they prove to be highly resilient and reliable even under the most demanding conditions. Of course, Shimano has perfectly adapted the SM-SH56 to work with SPD shoes. The cleats are available in pairs or in combination with a pair of backing plates.
